I made this lure for a lady whose grandfather owned the Whopper Stopper bait company in Sherman, Texas. I have seen several different lures frome the Whopper Stopper Company. This one resembles a hellbender pattern.

Overall length is 18 " long x 6 " diameter. Hooks are 6" long
